We work very hard to provide you with the healthiest plants and best care information to allow you to be successful. However, if a plant should die, we offer a one time replacement warranty for trees, shrubs and perennials labeled for USDA Hardiness Zones 1-5. You may choose the same plant or another of equal or lesser value to your original purchase. The warranty period is one (1) year from date of purchase on trees and shrubs. Perennials, roses, garden mums, and water plants are warranted through October 15th of the current growing season only. You must present your original Fisher's Gardens register receipt and the dead plant to obtain a replacement. In the event a suitable replacement cannot be found, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price. No refunds will be given. There is no warranty on replacement plants.
Due to the sometimes demanding requirements of annuals, vegetable plants and poinsettias, we do not offer any warranty for these plants.
