Plant Material
Trees, shrubs and perennial plant material may be returned within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. Plants must be in excellent health with no signs of stress (e.g. brown or wilted leaves, broken branches, etc.). Determination of the plant's health is subjective and Fisher's Gardens reserves the right to make the sole determination of the plant's health. There are no returns accepted on annuals and vegetable plants.

You must present your original Fisher's Gardens register receipt to receive a refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be given without a valid receipt.
Hardgoods and Garden Supplies
Any warranty for "non-living" products is provided to you by the manufacturer. We will assist you in resolving problems that you may encounter with a product within the bounds of the manufacturer's warranty.

Non-living items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, we will issue a store credit. We do not accept returns on items after 30 days. Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment. Checks will be issued after your check has cleared our bank, usually no more that 15 days. You must present your original Fisher's Gardens receipt to receive a refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be given without a valid receipt.
